Maintenance tune-up
Tune-ups are essential to keeping a garage doors equipment running smooth and quiet. A tune-up consists of many different checkpoints. Starting with checking the balance and spacing of the door followed by an inspection for broken and worn parts. After the inspection the mechanic will inform you of any issues or warn parts with the door. From there the mechanic will discuss your options to fix or replace parts if needed. The final part of the tune up is lubricating all moving parts including tracks, bearings, springs, rollers, hinges or any part on the door that moves. Tune-ups are $85 for single car garage doors or $99 for double car doors.
